A chill dude who has enjoyed D&D for the past 20 years, video games such as FFXIV, map making, and wants to get into voice acting! Unsure of how often I will post maps for the sake of not spoiling my D&D group! DMs welcome
Dungeon time! The party's first trip into the Spires has been met with both adversity and tragedy. With the fall of another party member, the Warlock pleaded with their patron for their revival at a steep cost (-2 to two attr). Have you ever made a different price for life?

Adventures through Southmarch! The technologically advanced (relatively) Empire, that may hold secrets for the party. They've also found a new ally among their number. Now, time for a foray into one of the sacred Spires of Tenecoria.

Another venture through the Fog covered Port Gjallyn! With a very close encounter with a Grell, and another with some Shadows, the party draws nearer upon rescuing the survivors nearby. This town block was a more fun map to make, with various dynamics!

Another close encounter! Dropped one player with a crit from a Shadow, but thankfully the healer was next! On a related note, I love playing with LoS and choke points. A good dynamic in the field always makes combat interesting. What's your favourite battlefield element?

Can't have a good extraction without an encounter scaled up above the player's level! Loved giving my group a challenge, and I am surprised they managed to save all but one civilian. A few close calls though. By the time they got to safety for a LR, no one had spell slots!

The party has reached Port Gjallyn! After a meet with an old face in Beacon point, they proceeded to battle their way through the fog to rescue a holdout group. Now, with paths ahead to find survivors and answers, we leave off planning to evacuate those we can, first.

No session this week, but here's their destination! Port Gjallyn in the Northern Banner. The primary trade port for the Halfling and Dwarven kingdoms. However, the North Banner was the first to fall to the nightmarish fog. Who knows if there survivors remaining?

After their first experience with the Fog Fiends, the party is ready to set out after some adjustments to their vessel. They will travel the world to aid survivors trapped by the encompassing and transformative Fog.

Ships are an interesting challenge for maps.

First combat of the new story, and we start off with me slapping someone with a crit. Combat on ships is fun when you get to play with lines of sight, and cramped combat areas. The team investigates a ship which had fallen to the fog, only to find nightmare creatures aboard.

A new story begins in Tenecoria.

Fog has encompassed the land, changing all that live within into nightmarish monsters. Setting out to save any survivors they can, will the party solve the mysteries of what caused such a calamity? Can they survive the Fog?

Workin on maps ahead of D&D this week. Of them, I am super happy with how Rebellion turned out! The City of Exiles, in the Lush Isles. A welcomed respite in jungle islands full of slaving Beastkin & pirates. It is here that plot will thicken...

Fresh new map: Fool's Landing
The Southernmost port in Ceiten, Fool's Landing is the largest city in the kingdom. Kept in line by the 'Regulatory Guild', to avoid prices too low for competition, or too high for purchase.

I could definitely see a dog using daggers, or perhaps even magic. Depending on the animal, could even give them full on class features. Cats getting rogue sneak attack, dogs getting action surge. Knight/Paladin horse? Monk's speed!

Also, here's my favourite boi for what you described.

The Kingdom of Cieten: A temperate kingdom in the North-west of Tenecoria's map. It is here that the party was tasked to protect the Princess' Ceremony of Age. Now, they seek to rescue the King missing for 14 days and counting.

Happy holidays to all who celebrate!

Having missed out on D&D yesterday, I still wanted to share something.

A yet unused map, and the first I made in @inkarnate.com

A lonesome cottage which has befallen a terrible fate.

Tenecoria, the world I have been carving to run my D&D current and future groups.

A world divided by belief in the monumental stone towers throughout the land, the great Heartspire in the center, and the Beastkin with a history as slavers in the central jungles.

A major NPC from my campaign - Adraius

Adraius has appeared to the party as another merc hired for their initial job. Between his actions and his words, the party has begun to suspect him. Of what? They aren't yet sure. But, his offers of aid have been denied thusfar.

Brass Dragons for sure. They will talk your ears off and I can see them getting lost in tangents while on tangents.

Nothing better than an eclectic socialite figure who travels the world in humanoid shape. They crave nothing more than a good story and gossip, and hound the party for theirs.

Conflicts critically hit my campaign for this week and next.

So, in lieu of session commentary, here are a couple of camp encounter maps I made!

The city of Galant! The capital of the kingdom of Cieten, and the seat of the Eldoris throne. Here, the party met with the king, and the princess they were charged with protecting during a ceremony until all went amiss. Thus led to their kingly search and rescue.

Farlogh Village - A small isolationist village approaching the northern region of Ceiten. Here, my party found out the folks are as cold as the night is brisk. But, what they learned was crucial in their approach northward to save King Eardris Eldoric.

Here's a recent map I made for a D&D campaign I run.

The sleepy little village of Duckwood is a village approaching the northern regions. Life is simple here, and travelers are infrequent at best. But, the people are welcoming, even if their inn isn't great.
