Bah! I only do things the slow way. Plus I probably need to pay someone to gut the room leading to the potential secret room first because detached plaster ceiling and day job.

But no dreams given up. Only delayed due to reality 😁

I have several unfinished rooms in the disaster I bought too many years ago. I still hold out hope and occasionally look at carpentry guides for how to actually turn a bookshelf into a door.

Probably why those rooms are still unfinished 😅

I wonder what would happen if you asked a chatbot to summarize Pluribus 🤔

Also, awesome 😂

Needs to be attached to a door that opens onto previously unknown room.

So...no?

Already do.

Yep.

And those better "bulk" deals they get for having multiple employees? How much more "bulk" can you get than "all the people"?

Wealthier people will always be able to pay for better health care. They can pay for Benzes too.

I'd still take cheap Honda Civics for all if Costco sold em bulk.

Seriously. Even for salaried workers, it's not just salary. It's your "benefits package". Your health plan is paid for by your employer as part of having you on the payroll.

They get a better deal than one self employed (ask how I know!) but it's still coming from what would otherwise go to you.

I would...probably cement my growing tendency to download unlicensed copies of movies without paying to go to the theater.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is so much better than "rtfa, dood!"

I'm not usually a terrible a-hole in comments, but no joke and no snark: you're leading by example 👊

Jeez, really? Just for Christmas you're gonna remind them that you're Donny Two-Dolls?

Aw, do I have to use short form video apps? I've already got YouTube shorts blocked and don't have insta/tiktok accounts.

I have a visceral reaction when I see a portrait style talking head video less than two minutes long. I can't hit the close/back button fast enough.

Prob unfair, but
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't remember all specifics off the top of my head, but there's more info than you can probably digest in one sitting in the WindowsLTSC subreddit.

Those SKUs aren't sold directly, but...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I read that as "a pack of Camel lights"

Specifically went out of my way to "trick" windows into upgrading from 10 to 11 IoT LTSC to avoid the bundled copilot, recall, etc.

That's just on my main computer that runs a decent amount of windows-only software.

Everything else just got Mint. Runs on basically anything and much easier setup.

Kinda ties into the deep lore of:

Driving down the highway
Doing 94
My brother let a big one
That blew me out the door.

The wheels couldn't take it
The engine fell apart
And all because my brother let
A supersonic fart!

(sub another kid's name for "my brother" as needed).

We initially learned "joker got away" but later heard "joker did ballet" as a variant (early 80s, Eastern US)
