As someone who is a working woman and not a trophy wife, I rarely get manicures and when I do, it’s with short natural nails for my workplace. But we’re headed to Cancun tomorrow so I did my nails long for the first time. Kind of enjoying this trophy wife life 💅

Mon - mixed greens salad and pistachios w roasted chicken thighs, pasta & marinara
Tues - ate out
Weds - mixed greens salad, pasta w pesto. Leftover beef stew, no noodles
Thurs - garlic butter mushroom, Korean beef, rice, kimchi
Sun - Vietnamese beef stew with noodles (bò kho)
Mon - mixed greens salad and pistachios w roasted chicken thighs, pasta & marinara

My least favorite personality type is peppy. I find this strange because I’m pretty sure that decades ago, EYE used to be preppy. And now I am a curmudgeon.

Exactly three weeks since my husband’s knee surgery and he’s still mostly immobile. I’m toting him to PT twice a week and waiting til he can start driving and moving around again. Send thoughts and vibes 😥

In recent news, my husband had to have knee surgery so in lieu of my second Seattle trip, we stayed at home and I have been promoted to caretaker. Knee surgery is no joke!
