Being caught off guard and not having at least a pad is humiliating and stressful and you can help people by just carrying one or leaving them in bathrooms

I meant this btw. I used to always carry extra until I stopped bringing bags with me everywhere, but whenever I bring a bag I pack pads/tampons.
