I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing

Slowly working my way up to my regular med dose since being off them for a while. Raised the dose on Monday and felt weird but generally fine up until today where I just basically died for the entire beginning portion of the day and am now trying to resurrect myself (it is not working well)
