There was a post on here that recently went viral where someone communicated a similar idea of how u can traumatize someone further by offering to help and then letting things just fall through.
There's a humility in knowing when u don't have the capability to be that safe space.
It kinda gives me an overview of how ppl are operating socially. Esp since parroting "build community" got really popular for a while. It seems more like alot of ppl jumped the gun on that without intending on doing any kind of relational work and now they're just mad that it's showing.
