Since they kind of took her in when she was feeling lost after being Majora's Mask'd into Eorzea, Meo sees the scions initially as people that can be trusted, and was gradually making friends with the B-teams before the waking sands massacre. After burying them, she only grew further attached- (1/?)

Meo often replies to any outsiders of her allied groups that she's just from yellowtail, a small villiage in a far off land.. in reality, yellowtail is a giant planet-spanning city in another dimension. It's tough explaining that little tidbit though, so she leaves that out.

And she even took on the 'scape series solo for the most part. Though stories about her are exaggerated, it's possible for her (and in her opinion, anyone in her party)to live up to those stories.
TLDR Meo and the party each can live up to the WOL title on their own, but stick together anyway.

considering that i now have two wols i'm doing this for, a #wolqotd for you all: we all know the stories about the wol's supernatural strength, fighting primals, overthrowing heads of state, etc. etc. but how much of that is actually true? how much was exaggerated? how much was a joint effort?

Meo's pretty toned, and with her growth spurt a few years before 14 she's a little curvy too. It's not obvious that she's super strong due to a good amount of her strength being supernatural in nature, the tone is from her general life style!

Meo's pretty toned, and with her growth spurt a few years before 14 she's a little curvy too. It's not obvious that she's super strong due to a good amount of her strength being supernatural in nature, the tone is from her general life style!

Meo's journey started after trying to rescue a young girl who was panicking and running away, and ended up falling down a hole ala Majora's Mask, which.. ended up being some sort of portal that either stripped Meo of any gadgets and gizmos she might've had on her (Minus her communicator).. 1/?
She wears pretty casual adventuring outfits depending on where she's exploring, from her old leather jacket ARR to her Diadochos set in EW. (1/2)

As of Dawntrail: She's Re-gained Dragon-Install, in place of Reawaken. A flurry of flames, fist, and blade await any poor thing *just* strong enough or smart enough to warrant that sort of pop off!

We're trusting the "ARR-EW in a year" timeline. Post-EW Meo looks absolutely terrible, even with a better sleep schedule, due to how severely chaotic that entire year was for her. in spring she was running around killing bugs to prove herself to some guy, by winter she was killing god.

We're trusting the "ARR-EW in a year" timeline. Post-EW Meo looks absolutely terrible, even with a better sleep schedule, due to how severely chaotic that entire year was for her. in spring she was running around killing bugs to prove herself to some guy, by winter she was killing god.
Yakuza (Yes, with the silly english voice dub), Ratchet and Clank, and Tony Hawk's Underground are pretty high up there!

Hot Chocolate.. Somehow, Meo, after wading through several bodies of monsters, sewage, fighting zombies, getting various bodily fluids onto her from combat, comes through smelling a pleasant cup of hot chocolate. She's not sure how it happens.

From initial ARR all the way to late heavensward, Meo would sleep awful. She's stuck in a place with little to no technology that she's used to, she feels like/needs to hold back her punches, and the weight of the whole world's on her shoulders. She'd stay up wayy longer, and sleep way shorter- 1/2

I have a Lamaty'i/Wol!Meo slight ship tease, but it never really goes anywhere, and a more obvious one with Kuiyki, from the DT Role Quests. Melancholy's flirting also makes Meo blush, but that's less of a ship and more of Meo still having some of that useless lesbian energy after all this time
