For things like recording presentations and lectures, just start doing that while an accomodation is being sought. Include mental health resources in the syllabus.

Make clear instructions in plain language, image descriptions and closed captioning for videos, frequent breaks, 10 minute buffer before class starts and standardized extension policy basic universal standards for your classes. Offer support for the accomodations process for note takers & exam time.
