The game HUD is built around two side columns: captain-focused panels on the left, and crew and ship information on the right, including sections like draw piles, discard, graveyard, and items.

Visual style is intentionally neutral for now, just to test layout and sizing.

After several iterations, this is the almost-final layout for a crew member in play. The left side is reserved for faction decoration, the center holds the portrait and dice slot, and the right side displays the stats this crew member brings into combat.

Early board-level crew design. We’re integrating the 3D die into a 2D frame, adding the portrait and stat bonuses on the right. The lock icon indicates if the die is locked and will stay fixed on the next roll.
