(To be clear, the fear was that I should never go to sea because anything would make me sick. I’m sure I’d feel rotten in a big sea but I’ve proved to myself I can function fairly normally in 2-3m waves which is a huge victory!)

Working on eating greener/more local. There’s an urban farm not 200m from my flat where you can pay a fiver for a mystery bag of seasonal veg. Today I got courgette, runner beans, and spring onion!
