So if I set up a limited company, snag a big fat govt contract, pay out all of the contract monies to some offshore account, and then wind up the company, everything is nice and legal and I just walk away.

There's basically no point in 'signing' any deal with him. He'll offer you a good-looking deal, lock you in, and then just chip away at the edges until all that's left is what suits him.

BBC did kind of screw-up on this. They should publicly admit to the error and offer to make a donation to a child abuse charity of his choosing by way of an apology.
