I'm sorry you are going through all this. Needing help with what seem like basic things while in hospital is a formula for embarrassment, I find. Also for me, the nicer thestafc are about it all, the worse I feel. I hope everything gets sorted for you.

I'll add that two of the reasons I chose it were:
1. I wanted to own the music, so it couldn't be cut-off at the whim of a service.
2. I understood that artists are not ripped off like on Spotify

1. I wanted to own the music, so it couldn't be cut-off at the whim of a service.

I tend to listen to all samples of sorts of stuff from the new releases, to other selections they have, decide what I want then buy it (single tracks or albums). This process works for me, YMMV. I've not tried their Club which includes discover features.

Yes, I use it because I never wanted to use Spotify. You can download the same file several times, in different formats so for my computer which doesn't have a great sound system I use mp3 but for better devices I choose FLAC. Most of my music is downloaded at least twice.
