Just had an "Of course!" moment. Luxon is always "comfortable" or "relaxed" about coalition MPs fucking up cos he is scared to deal with problems head-on. He's used to being very comfortable in life so won't do anything that risks his cushy situation. Dealing with problems is too hard for him #nzpol
