We love to see it! Abortion is normal. Abortion is healthcare. The #antichoice, #antiabortion, and #antilgbtqiaplus movement in #NZ has very little support for their bad ideas. Just because the current govt shares their 💩 views doesn't mean they represent the majority of Kiwis. #nzpol #voiceforlife

There’s the PR and then there’s the truth.
Any time David Seymour appears in this news claiming to be standing with a minority targeted by prejudice and violence journalists have an obligation to remind us he accepted a donation from a man who threatened to "destroy mosque after mosque until they take me out"

Jevon McSkimming sentencing: why a public inquiry into the police should be next
An independent inquiry would go beyond operational misconduct to examine police culture and assess compliance with New Zealand’s international obligations.

This is a really significant ruling - it’s some important that commissioners, especially human rights commissioners, aren’t just installed because they align with the current regime’s political positions. Today an Aotearoa court has ruled it illegal.

While Luxon’s taxpayer funded limo glides over the hills, transport options and accessibility for disabled NZers is further reduced. Luxon weeps with frustration as he leaves the belt way. “I needed the massive tax cut” he wails at his chauffeur. #nzpol
