For 2026 I am beggining work on a short story collection. It is a very personal project with an underlying theme in each story. Right now I am being very deliberately quiet about the subject matter. Only my wife and three close friends know the true nature of this project.

Being home and having a lot of spare time has been very helpful towards this endeavor. I want to see where it takes me and what sorts of stories I can highlight.

I always do one off reviews. This series will give me a chance to read more and fill my love of both literature and cinema. Combining the two into my favorite passion, writing. I have already finished the first two Harry Potter novels in the last 14 days and have started reading the 3rd.

Whether that be today on this cold, snowy Valentines Day or a hot summers day. I know we have what it takes to overcome anything life puts in our path. We are stronger together and we always will be. I love you. Thank you for all you do.

I have a beautiful wife who holds it down on everything we could all ever need. She is a rock and she is absolutely the strongest person I know. She deserves the world and day we will achieve everything we have ever dreamed of. Despite a hard start this year, she is the only one I need by my side.

The thing about it is it snuck up on us. Personal things occuring, illness sweeping through the house. It has created some challenging obstacles to overcome. Today is a day of celebration for many as it is Valentines Day. To avoid sounding cheesy, I celebrate how lucky I am 365 days a year.

We don't need to continue to see the same stories over and over again for success. Anyone saying multiple iterations of characters cannot exist at the same time is now fooling themselves. We have 3 iterations of Spider-Man and 2 of 3 are Peter Parker. They are all different stories.

That is a fair assessment of the plot. I liked Bateman going against type cast.
