If the other branches of government have no enforcement power, and so the Executive's lawbreaking can go on unfettered, what is left as the remedy other than action by the people? Hope for post-regime trials? That's it? So they can do literally anything and all we have is "hope they get tried?"

Every sentence gets more dystopian
Even if you only believe in Social Democracy, you should not believe that taking a little extra money from the wealthy is enough. Saying "they'd still be able to do everything they do now" and "they'd still have lavish lifestyles" means you've missed the point of appropriate taxation

The use of "youth" unemployment rate to include those in their 20s is not some kind of neutral choice by policymakers (and media who just echo them), it's a means to mislead. A 28 year old that can't find a job is NOT the same as a 15 year old who can't, but some would like to blur those together
