Fun additional lore is that I'm not 100% sure if it's the *exact* same tape, but the one from the original Youtube video is a photo of the mixtape the song was originally found on!

Seeing this song's true origin discovered, finding out that all the band members were still alive, and then seeing them make an official music video that plays homage to the endearing mystery of the song is just heartwarming

Right now? The US is swimming in it because of the horrible landscape of layoffs. So many brilliant people are out of work that there's actually *too many* talented seniors to hire.

It's less about training and more about support and structure. Juniors and mid-levels bring extremely valuable skills to the table you just need a proper support network set up first so they can thrive, not drown.

I've been at studios where there wasn't enough support for juniors and it's rough!
