“How do I know I’m on the ‘right’ spiritual path?” I’ve gotten this question countless times in my 11 years as a spiritual advisor. While I do not seek to shoehorn anyone into any expression of spirituality, folks tend to find meaning in their spiritual practices when they include these 3 things.

I feel like I don’t think about being “authentic” or not anymore. It’s more like, “Am I around a safe person or not, and what authentic parts of me can come out?”
