The appeals court issued a “temporary administrative stay” in the case way back in April, pausing the contempt proceedings undertaken by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who had found probable cause that the Trump administration had committed criminal contempt by violating his emergency order barring removals under the Alien Enemies Act. The lengthy delay in the appeals court ruling was unusual. In the time it took for it to issue its ruling, the AEA detainees – all Venezuelan nationals – were repatriated from CECOT in El Salvador and Emil Bove, the Trump DOJ official who allegedly ordered the removals to continue despite Boasberg’s order, was nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the Senate to a lifetime seat on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

10yrs with GOP mayor & GOP city council, 30yrs GOP state

While SF had a 3.4% crime rate, Jacksonville had 7.8% rate
While SF had 230 murders, Jacksonville had 380
Media Mismatch Coverage about shootings outweigh the number of incidents Number of shootings < Number of times shootings were mentioned in media Graph shows mentions of crime increased 6 fold (appx) while murder basically remained unchanged.

SC: the president must be able to violate the constitution on an individual basis in perpetuity...
Though he entered the United States legally at the San Diego border, appeared for an appointment the U.S. government gave him, and passed an initial credible fear interview, federal agents cited his 2 tattoos- -crowns reading mom and "dad"---as alleged proof of membership in the Tren de Aragua gang, something his lawyers continue to deny. He had no criminal record.
