I actually felt normal waking up for once... then suddenly got hit with a wave of ugh and sore once I started to move. I don't know how to describe how I usually feel waking up but it's not great.

I've definitely been a bit more avoidant of social media lately amidst all the horrible news almost daily. I don't tend to talk about it for the sake of my mental health though.

I am having fun just exploring neocities pages. I was kinda scared to look here before for some reason but no there's just so many people passionate and putting together websites and self expression is everywhere. It's really inspiring!
