I don’t even want to talk about my two good friends in Endymion. By the time their almost last float gets to me and their families at the top of the route they are drunk and winging things at us like there are points in the line for bruising.

I see the miller lite…
The trees are a problem. But a happy one. I is usually didn’t take a chair uptown, but then again I had easy parking because I took my scooter. Bungeeing a chair to the seat was always a bit dicey.

See also: my last post about engineering of flat pack furniture and what I’m going to need to do to make it structurally sound. Before this job both Apple and Starbucks were mechanically inclined jobs. My tools get lots of use on the block because I’m always happy to help.

If when I did the numbers I found a way to afford a house on what I was making, I would still be there. Yes, it is good being just a few hours from my stepdad since mom passed, yes my neighbors are about as New Orleans as can be without being there but…it ain’t there.

I am still contemplating taking a sledge hammer to it, but it is the size I need and looks good. So I’ll probably go get some 90° brackets and shore it up a bit.
