It's a privilege to be able to *decide* to work more than you have to.

Mandatory overtime, not covered by your contractual obligations and toxic work places w/o worker protections (aka "everyone exploits themselves so YOU better do it as well or we'll bully you for it") exist, even if you personally might not work in one.
