I had an otherwise fun 1800s-set histromance throw me completely out of the story when a character said "No harm, no foul." I even looked it up to see if it was a Tiffany--but no, basketball origin, 100 years later.

Yup. The one I helped him with had the correct really long title/subtitle, and invented the authors. We get a lot of requests that people used AI to generate where either there are big goofs like that, or the "book" flat out doesn't exist. Extra work for us, sad thwarted hopes for the patron.
