Thinking about Jax's room. Been thinking about "I am not some egg to be cracked open" since episode 6. Goose saying Jax has issues to work out and the progesterone doodle.

Sega chooses the funniest possible option and I truly love them for that. "Frontiers 2 for 2027 because games take five years to make now" stays undefeated.

All of these are great but making SFV's hud feel a little sexy is an actual achievement.

Back to Superstars to see how I feel with some time attack. Still prefer a ton of other games but Superstars is good for having Some More Classic 2D Sonic. Also love Trip peeking out on the title screen lol.

It just feels awful either way. Could look for a secondhand PC or a business tower to try and spruce up but myeh. Feels weird doing that as a gift instead of my own personal tinker toy.

Going from OFF to jumping back into Sonic Crossworlds where I wait 2 minutes to queue up for a race and this is my visual stimulus has been quite the jolt.

I have beaten OFF, I am quite happy I did. The sheer extent to which this directly inspired others things I liked was astounding to see even just playing the game on a surface level.
While I don't have a frame of reference for the old OST, the new one still was bringing heat start to finish.

Street Fighter 6's mod manager requiring a circuitous process to work under Proton and trick it into seeing Linux file paths makes sense to me.

First major hurdle with switching to Linux Mint was figuring out how to install a program from the terminal so I can use a mod manager in Sonic Crossworlds. Linux Pro Tip: If the terminal tells you it lacked a necessary dependency to install a thing, look up how to install that and then it works.

Watched the video and genuinely the only way this makes sense to me is if he "tragically" dies at the end of the tutorial biome and that applies to every annoying NPC guy Samus will find in every major biome because Myles is clearly signposting that structure for the game here.

Looking into Linux and it seems like I'd still need a Win10 dualboot or VM for a lot of multiplayer games, but at least I already switched to LibreOffice a while ago.
Can't imagine fighting games getting nearly as big of a push for "fucking work on Linux" as "fucking work online" did but who knows.

Confused why this isn't just one big update or open beta. But six new heroes is cool and they all look pretty good.
Adding a playable menu is extraneous but cute. And the longer it takes for Yamato to get a redesign over a year after those concepts dropped the funnier the Neon Prime model gets
