Agree! Unfortunately most restaurants have taken bean/grain burgers etc off the menu and moved to beyond meats. I still maintain that most non-meat eaters do not like these new meat substitutes.

I don’t know as I’m not paying attention there since I’m so tired of both sides coverage and the lack of accountability. It feels too late for so many of them to have finally begun to call a spade a spade on occasion.
