My book is done! It's 11 short stories. I've been giving people a test manuscript. This is the eponymous story for the book's title, The Prisoner's Apology (based on experiences on social media) free and you can read it for now if you'd like! #fiction #writing

This is the article I wrote about how it has been my belief that websites already have used tools to verify my identity and I am shadow banned (prohibited from logging in) from chess . com. Even if you don't play chess and only care about yourself, you should probably care about this 😵‍💫🙋⁉️

I removed the paywall on my post about the screen act and #kosa because there's nothing I can say or write about that is more important than describing how I was systematically prohibited from playing chess online for no discernable reason. This could only be done by verifying my identity somehow 🤷

After 3 months of streaming chess twice per day, I made my point. It is impossible to gain a following #streaming #chess unless you are sponsored, unoriginal, and inorganic. I'm still going to play chess, and write about chess, but I'm not going to cut off my nose to spite my face. I warned people.

👮One week shy of my anniversary of the #Minneapolis police arresting me for essentially no reason, I wrote this article about the larger political and societal issues that are dividing people both in Minnesota and the country. ✌️My book is done, but needs more editing substack.com/@ostache/not...

The people around you will make or break you and your goals. My best friend from age 10 - 30 became a drunk, selfish, ugly person. He derailed my projects, drifted in and out, and stole from me. I once promised him the small amount of money I had if something happened. Officially revoked. GL Grant

My weekly #chess article this week isn't about chess. It is about how people won't talk about chess because they're all afraid of the same thing. Find out what it is, comment, share, and I have to get back to a family emergency. substack.com/@ostache/not...

It's incredibly important to me to share this, which is about KOSA and the Screen Act. Both are bills with wide support that will censor the internet and end online privacy. Those things aren't important to you, I hope. I'm editing my book, gtg! #kosa #censorship

I did wind up #writing an introductory part of my idea for a story called Johnny Depp's VR Experience. I'm imagining a near future in which hyper niche communities are more insular, less tolerant of diverse thought. In my imagination, it looks ridiculous #fiction

My new post is about #brandon #jacobsen and details the #viihsou #naroditsky late night marathon, which is now cast in a new light. I think Brandon ought to be unbanned, but as someone who is on the blacklist for no discernable reason, my voice has minimal impact. I'm still streaming twice per day!

I'm two days late with my chess article, but it's here. The first in a series of wrongly banned, blacklisted, and reputation tarnished players in the world of #chess or at least #onlinechess or at least #chess.com - the blacklist is real, so you better be nice! 😉

I think I'm going to write "Johnny Depp's VR Experience," a story about a future where VR hangouts are like exclusive clubs. If you have the youth, the beauty, and the money, you can get in... and watch Johnny Depp eat dinner (he can't see you). There are much worse ways to spend $1 Million dollars

I finally got my #stockfish level 1 - 5 #chess bot speedrun under 13 minutes! It's bullet chess, 1 minute, 1 second increment. That was my goal, it took six months or something like that to finally get enough luck. Here it is, the new world record, unedited:

I'm thinking about #writing a VR story for my #book (which is being edited) so if you like one of these ideas, respond!
Setting: a near future where people hang out in VR spaces 24/7.
Idea one: Johnny Depp's VR Experience
Idea two: a normal girl is uniquely aware of VR watchers, starts responding

I am THRILLED to say that I had an official civil rights complaint filed against the security guards who lied about being police officers before they assaulted me. That's great news! If you get assaulted, you are eventually allowed to write an angry letter

I write one chess article per week (on weekends)

But I also wrote a book. It's an anthology collection of 11 original stories. From a future where a man controls the world with a golden key, to a disease caused by media consumption, an Orwellian game called Dark Mode and more. I'll post updates 😊
