I don't know whos at fault for that.. but at the 2nd day it rained heavily and everyone had to evacuate out of the camping grounds due to flooding. That's probably the time where actual efficient teamwork came from a bunch of 15-16 year olds.

Scouting were mandatory for 10th graders (1st year of HS), so during my 1st year the school required everyone to participate in jamboree. The STUPIDEST thing is somehow they made us camp near a river and waterfall during rain season??
