Had hospitalization #4. Diagnosed with IIH after a lumbar puncture. Gotta do a whole other type of imaging since my colon is weird & im still bleeding & got pain and other issues. Struggling to afford transportation.

A surprise portrait of an Imperial dragon named mir from Flight Rising! I received a comment that mir is a descendant of one of my dragons (by about 12 generations).

She has two pairs of horns: one set of bright green rams horn and the other are long branch horns. She is in profile view, her head and neck coming out of some water covered in lily pads with a few lotus flowers in between the lily pads. A couple of lily pads are stuck to her muzzle, horns, and neck.

My heart broke when a library patron told me she is a high school librarian and so many books were being pulled off the shelves for "review."

She checked out as many as she could thru the public library so she could read them herself and fight to keep the books available for students to check out.

I'm grumpy that Amtrak doesn't have a commuter train that operates between Phoenix and Tucson... the only available train this weekend is on Sunday, which does not help when I want to go to Tucson on Saturday! 😔

I DID IT!!! I got my sewing machine set up today and made my sewing room semi-functional. It was tough to not get caught up in doing more decluttering and organizing but... I really have missed sewing, and can work more on organizing in the future.

Eventually I want to upgrade my sewing chair.

I returned to work this past week after two months off from medical leave. A library patron I helped earlier in the year with their first quilt stopped by today and told me they are almost done with their second, and was working on their third quilt!
