20-odd years ago, I made rent many times ghostwriting homework and theses for rich kids.

Now, they run stuff.

That makes sense, yeah. The wrong invasive critter could spell doom

I don't know enough to argue, it just seems odd. There's a whole Wikipedia article about how popular gardening is there that mentions a rhythming hoax from 2020.

Been in marketing too long to think that's proof either way but it rings weird. Tight rules on invasives I'd get but a total ban... ?

Would anyone in Aotearoa mind planting a few carrots and seeing if anyone comes around mad about it, the internet wants to know

So far I'd say some of it's genre independent, even. The opening sections are damned useful breakdown of what makes for a compelling adventure.

My last campaign, I built a great sandbox (and we had fun, so it worked) but it was clear I had to think more in terms of story structure next time.

"You’ve been kidnapped. The characters from the last TV show you watched are trying to rescue you. Who’s coming to save you?"

Well, I'm fucked but it'll be a glorious send-off.

For me, materialism demonstrates provably what mysticism aspires to. We're all one, inseparable, connected at every level of being to everything else. Our brief lives are "just" a pattern created as matter and energy circulate within the universe.

Reductive, no. I'm the whole fuckin universe. 🤘

My calculator lost its way in base lust and dissipation.

[Thanks, should've double checked]

So they would have had to collaborate on projects with a significant engineering or chemistry component, is what I'm hearing.

People are saying it. Lots of people.

There has never been an investigation into connections between Judge Oldham and the Unibomber.

Split the difference? I'll get disproportionately, unreasonably hyped but blame Netflix when it doesn't pan out.

Toast sandwiches, though. I adopted them immediately and other Americans have the funniest spectrum of reactions to seeing me make one

I think I've seen this movie...
