This post isn't incorrect, but when a journalist shares a story about Trump planning to change laws via EO, they should make it clear directly in the post (& headline, & article) that he's only *purporting* to make the change because he has no power to do so. Executive Orders are not laws.

Maybe it's because she appears to be an unhinged conspiracy theorist who says things like Pelosi is on Putin's payroll; Biden was installed as a placeholder between 2 Trump terms; Mueller was installed to clear Trump; Garland was in a conspiracy with Gorelick to clear Trump

Yes, yes, "insane". It fully funds all mandatory nutrition programs for fiscal 2026 including SNAP, School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, & Summer EBT; also fully funds WIC w/$8.2 billion, a $603 million increase over fy 2025. Meanwhile, gov't opens, House votes no, & GOP is still blamed.

So - Trump was, in fact, criminally prosecuted. For three separate sets of crimes, two federal and one NY state. He was actually *convicted* of 34 felonies in NY. The two federal prosecutions were stalled by Trump judges & SCOTUS justices & his reelection meant no prison sentence in NY. 🤷♂️
