I do remember those. They did NOT live up to the hype.

I love the Frixions! I have 2 multi-color sets (one for home, one for work) and I use them to color-code my planning calendar (work) and to mark up knitting/crocheting patterns. My boss just watched me erase a meeting and re-add it to the correct day and she was like "Sorcery!"

We had a boil-water notice that was announced by robo-call. Which we didn't get. And then the next day they put it on Facebook. Which I don't have. 🫤

Okay, so, it's good! I added chicken bullion and some garlic & ginger (recipe said fresh, I used powder) to the rice & water (regular ratio) and put boneless thighs on top of the rice (they were under the water to start) and hit the white rice button. The flavor is light but I like it. A+ breakfast.

I will keep you posted! I can already smell it ....

(We keep it set at 64 but those 6 degrees apparently do a lot of work!)

and it came on and told me it was 58 and now the furnace is working on heating this half of the house again (we have a frankenfurnace w/ 2 thermostats; steam radiators in most of the house and forced hot water baseboards in the great room and kitchen). Looks like DIY time again.
