Thank you too! The geometric style is because I was working with vector art aha, it's fun but the software fights more more than raster ones do 😭

THIS i am never dragging artists for setting prices they believe is fair. If it's out of my budget, so be it. People can like always save up if they REALLY want to commission a specific artist (while keeping in mind other expenses of course).

Adding one more point, we’ve gotta stop treating “out of my price range” like it means “too expensive.” I waited to commission an amazing artist, not because their rates were too high, but they were just out of my budget for a while. Their prices were totally fair for their skill and demand.

Posting this at the risk of sounding like a privileged jerk, but on my last few commissions here, I ended up paying 40% to 100% above the listed price after seeing how low the artists fees were. It didn’t sit right with me, and if you're in a position to pay more, you should be doing that too.
