Soccer, video/board games, structural engineer. Come On You Loons!
#MNUFC also needed to cut out these turnovers. We'd build out wide (it looked intentional, not just out of necessity) but then Bongi or Harvey would be isolated, and have to take on a defender in our own half.

Interesting in the Loons pass map (and I think it matches the eye test) that more controlled build up usually happens on the right. Bongi pushes high, Lod, Harvey, Triantis combining. Different style than the YOLO left through Pereyra.

0-0 into extra time. Then Dreyers drops a dime of a cross and San Diego score on an exhausted #MNUFC.

Tough way to exit.

Trick question, soccer is actually 100% goals from the halfway line

I've been watching the progress on this one for awhile given the extensive facade work. Surprised it could be office space. I just assumed it would be retail.

That's a good idea!

I'm hoping the long stick mic makes a comeback.
Bring Back Those Long-Ass Gameshow Mics - Aftermath
The long microphone used Bob Barker on the Price is Right and Gene Rayburn on Match Game haven't been produced in years. The world needs them.

Looks like 5 divisions. Would be interesting to know the proposed divisions. I do like that you would play every team at least once.
Sources: MLS owners are expected to vote on flipping to fall-spring calendar at Thursday's BOG meeting. Could happen as soon as 2027.

Also: Changes to competition format expected too, including single league table + divisions.

Triantis continues to be incredible! The man knows how to strike a soccer ball.

#MNUFC
If, like me, you'd done 9 minutes of film study on Triantis, you could have seen that goal coming (lol). Nectar likes to win the ball and do a big kick as fast as possible.

#MNUFC
Watching Triantis skill comps on YouTube. Getting "Big Wil Trapp" vibes. He looks like he has good feet, and plays some outlandish 1st time volley passes.

Probably good enough 1-on-1 defender. But I'm concerned about his mobility if he's supposed to be a 6.

This is the biggest lesson I hope Khaled El-Ahmad learns this season.

MLS is a selling league, and we need to have a back up plan so we don't have to take a big step back when a sale inevitably happens.

I've been disappointed in Yeboah when he's been healthy. He has a good skill set, but he looks a step behind on what to do next. I can accept some poor touches I just want him to play faster!
