New petition: Increase defence spending to a minimum of 3% of GDP with immediate effect.
We think we must bolster defence given the Russia Ukraine war. We believe that we mustn't think that when the war ends things will go back to how they were before. We think we will need to revert to previous levels of spending, for example in the mid 80's we spent 5% of GDP on defence!
