Yep, doctors aren't reimbursed at very competitive rates so they restrict access.

Assuming a lot, dude. The whole M4A slogan doesn't sell to those of us that know about Medicare. And, Medicare ain't free, my cost is >$500/month since I had a good job & premium is based on last 2 years of income. Plus supplemental + Part D another $200/month. Your country may differ from USA.

No, US citizens on Medicare deal with it but recognize shortcomings. Need supplemental insurance to cover 20% not covered by Medicare. I know, I'm on Medicare Part A, B, & D. Perhaps you confuse Medicare with Medicaid. Medicaid is closer to Universal HC but you must be low income to apply.
