Just posted this on other sites. I had a great day! Got a pedicure, had a wonderful meal, & now chilling on my patio. Determined not to let the bastards wear me down. Probably means watching a movie; debating Austen or Pitch Perfect genre. In the meantime, enjoy the AZ sky.

Quiche in the oven! Simple country version: sausage, cheddar, green onion. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Shell was in the freezer, eggs were from the 18 pack that was on sale at a better price than 12. Sausage was new but half the package is now in the freezer for another day.

Great advice! I got a titer test & my numbers were all good.
If you're an adult, get a titer test to check your immunity to measles, fam. You might need a booster, and it's best to be safe.
Because I'm talking about measles. It is also A VERY VERY VERY CONTAGIOUS VIRUS. If someone is in a room and has measles and then leaves that room and you enter that room within TWO HOURS (depending on humidity) you can get measles.

I get that nobody wants to hear it but in a scenario where Dems flip the House, & barely flip or don’t flip the Senate, as Republicans have the presidency, ICE isn’t magically getting abolished. In 2028, even if Dems win a trifecta, you still need a part 2 because the INS hasn’t existed in years.

This weekend was tough. Venezuela threw us all for a loop, which was by design. Trump chose the very end of the Congressional vacation, which also happened to be the deadline the DoJ had to tell Congress what was redacted from the Epstein files.
