I've had a good look at some of the Chinese cars on the supermarket car parks where I live in the UK, and they are impressive.

I'm in the West Midlands, and I see dozens of them every time I'm on the road.

Unfortunately for the European car industry, the Chinese have arrived. The Buzz is overpriced and outperformed in the EU. They've even signalled their surrender by asking the EU to delay the petrol/diesel sales ban.

The ID buzz is made in Hannover, Germany. They have paused production a couple of times and have slowed down due to sales,but it's not shutting down.

It's just being withdrawn from US market, not mothballed.

It's still continuing on sale everywhere else in the world.

It's disappearing from US sale. The rest of the world still has it.

They're definitely upping their game in the face of Chinese Evs.

You should have gone to Specsavers. It's about 5% with 21% of new registrations in 2025 being EVs.

They can't work out a way to make a profit on small EVs. Chinese manufacturers can.

Musk and Teslas' reputation are finished in EU. He's not got a chance.

It won't get as far as killing any EU drivers. Musk is in fantasy land.
