Their street garbage cans have a special spot to put your empty containers so that others can come by and collect them to make a buck, a way they support their homeless population

I've heard this is what happened to Russian liquor after the invasion of Ukraine. The LCBO pulled everything, waited to see what would happen, and then returned the product to the sellers when it was apparent that things were not getting better anytime soon. We may see the same thing happen here.

Also make sure you're using the ungodly mix of British and American spellings we've adopted! Put that British 'u' into colour and neighbour! End 'centre' and 'theatre' with -re and not -er!
