If the Supreme Court would like to come back from the brink, as it did in 1937, it could start with the pending tariff case. I wrote this for the San Francisco Attorney magazine.

@joe-scarborough.bsky.social is such a blowhard. Takes forever to draw out and repeat a couple of points,. Not letting @esglaude.bsky.social answer. Also, @mika-brzezinski.bsky.social lacked the goods to back up "disappearing." ICE doesn't say where folks are taken and won't let them see lawyers.
