Turok 3 completed! Oblivion is ovah!
This one was a lot more story driven with linear levels and cutscenes. Much shorter too (I finished it in a night). It isn't the established formula for the series
I maintain Turok 2 is the high point of the trilogy

Update: Smashed through a bunch tonight. Still gotta finish Level 5 (I am part way but collected everything it seems?) and I have not been to Level 6 yet. Gotta do back tracking for Primagen keys too!

I started working my way through Turok 2 this week!
Nightdive have made some improvements to make it more accessible; like info icons on buttons and collectables, save and load at any time and quick warping between any checkpoints you have encountered

I expected a bad movie but this is actually a top notch low budget sequel. Think Halloween 4 to Halloween. Lean runtime and a decent plot that has a few surprises. Completely disconnected from the first film and stands on its own just fine
