Watched Honey Don't! "A 2025 neo-noir black comedy film directed by Ethan Coen, who co-wrote the screenplay with his wife Tricia Cooke."
A followup to Drive-Away Dolls in their "lesbian B-movie trilogy", which describes it exactly.
Lots of nudity, minimal plot, Aubrey Plaza is always a good time.

Rewatched Chinatown tonight. What a fantastic movie. Jack Nicholson had already done Five Easy Pieces, Easy Rider, and a dozen or more movies, and would film One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest a year later. No CGI, no special effects, just solid writing and acting.
Forget it, Jake. It's Chinatown.

August to now. Slow, steady progress. That alcove opening used to be a straight wall with old electrical running through it, so moving it, installing a header and posts in its place was troublesome, but it’s much better now. Also replaced the section of barn-board floor with matching hardwood.
