Boy, the blocking and camera work on #Days is never really great, but today was shoddier than usual. Shaky cameras, weird zoom-ins, bad blocking.

One positive thing that #Days is doing now is that news about other people’s stories gets spread around town. Under Ron we often wondered if people in Salem even knew what their own families were up to.

I'm happy for Leo and Javi, and having a gay couple on the show is important, but I wish it were Andrew and Paul or Will and Sonny, since they're all legacy characters. I guess I can stretch that definition to accommodate Leo, but bleh. #Days

And yeah, the Reilly eras were also slow but he made it compelling with good casting, plot twists and most importantly: villains, schemers and heroes. #Days barely has any of that today.

Today’s #Days was cute for a pre-Thanksgiving show. I recognize not every episode will move a plot forward, but this show is moving at a glacial pace. I thought some of the longer stories on GH were insufferable, but Days is making them look downtight competent.

LOL that was the big promo the show was saving for a big reveal that still hasn't happened? Did they find a ketchup-stained napkin of Ron's that said "The House of Dimera will not fall" and were legally bound to write this? Will the show be firing on all cylinders by Feb? Next anniversary? #Days

LOL - I guess it is semi-realistic that a college student would haphazardly host a Friendsgiving (with no planning) and end up eating someone else's frozen pizza because they all brought desserts. #Days

It's such an odd choice to have the Dimera crypt with plaques for people we've never heard of, when there are plenty of dead Dimeras we did see and know (Benjy, Renee, Jake, Lexie). More ridiculous choices on this show #Days

Who even is Gabi now? She used to always have a scheme in mind and a man in her bed and now she’s kind of stuck as a talk-to for everyone else, she’s sometimes with Philip but they dont have much chemistry so… #Days

Other than bts/budget reasons, it doesn’t make any sense that Will would be in Salem so close to Thanksgiving and just go home instead of spend it with the Hortons and Ari. #Days

This Liam stuff is so weird bc they’re writing him like he’s a teen but he’s old enough to have a kid? But Abe scolded him like you would a small child so idek if any of these writers have even met another human. #Days

I just. If the role of Rafe on this show is to investigate DiMera, I would think he and Cat would be debriefing about Tony and Kristen and the clinic. Not him whining about Sami to everyone else in town. #Days

This dialogue with Roman and Lucas was weirdly antagonistic on Roman’s part and Lucas came across as more of a loser just sitting at the pub trying to talk about Sami. #Days
