RI Attorney General Peter Neronha says the evidence has led investigators in a different direction, resulting in the release of the person of interest. “We have not yet solved this case, but I’m confident we’re going to do that”

State leaders tout the RICAS scores as progress in closing the gap with Massachusetts, from 17-point gap in ELA in 2018 to 8 points this year

Fact check: true, but mostly because MA dropped, as you can see in this chart. RI scores are level with 2018
