I've had my R1T for over 3 yrs with only 2 trips to a SC. Replaced a seal that had some leakage on the front passenger side motor (under warranty). Truck was drivable the entire time. Also under warranty had the power tonneau cover upgraded. It never got stuck.

I looked at the Bend building code. Garage door openings are required to be at least 8-ft as a minimum. None of my neighbors can use their garage. Some have been parking out front on the street.

Really, you cannot fit most of today's car in a garage with 8 ft openings. We're talking about a Jeep Wrangler, a Toyota BZ4X, and smaller Audi wagon. Maybe, if you folded the side mirrors in.

I have no objections to ADUs but, man, the city needs to update the building code for garage door openings. I've got a two-unit townhouse plus ADU across the alley with 3-car garage and "no one" can get their car into the garage!
