100%. I was recently phoned and told I was barred from their Kawana store because I persisted in trying to get answers to an ongoing connection problem. Went to a competitor and the connection completed in 5 minutes, got a much better deal as well. I honestly don’t know how they survive.

Just trying to offer the view from a good intentioned Tesla owner in a difficult situation. Someone who has been strongly influenced by your work. Not sure we are enemy number one.

To trade my Tesla for an equivalent EV would cost me $20-$30k (AUD). I simply can’t afford that. No one despises Musk more than me but it’s an impossible position. Unless I take the car off the road someone else will be driving it anyway. Isn’t the fact that I will never buy another Tesla enough?

I love the ability to turn the air con on from the app on my phone. As I come off the 17th hole I turn it on and the car is freezing when I get in after a round.
