Trump just revoked the ability for foreign students to enroll at Harvard. Every foreign student, which is in the thousands, enrolled for next year at Harvard will not be able to continue studying if this isn't challenged in court.

Important & easy read. Right up there with being as concerned as I've been in my 35 years working broadly in this field. Yet another reason to be prepared. Key to this is to introduce airborne infection mitigations, which comes with the added bonus of helping control respiratory infections of today.

Home insurance in areas hit by repetitive disasters is going to be the number one housing affordability issue over the next 4 years. And possibly going into the midterms.

Here in Florida we have a housing crisis of our own - developers are building affordable homes all around, but many are sitting empty because people can't afford the necessary home insurance.
