All that said, the CLEAR & PRESENT Danger is Roberts and Alito have been anti-voting from birth. Alito claimed he was very upset in HS when Baker v Carr (one person, one vote) was decided. In HS he thought some ppls’ votes should count more than others.

And unconstitutional on many other grounds such as: the only burdens allowed to be placed on basic rts (all the rts to vote in the Const and Amendments, and Speech which voting certainly is, the voice of the people) must be:
a-narrowly drawn; and
b-serve a compelling state interest.
