With talk of protests and how to be effective, I’m reminded of that girl I saw a few years ago on tiktok who said she’d found her local police department’s minimum fitness requirements and made sure she could run the distances 10% faster than that and hadn’t been caught by the police since.

Puppies are the best thing ever. Until it's winter and there's a massive storm and the pup can't hold a wee for more than 20 minutes but they also simply MUST drag you round on stomp patrol in the garden for half an hour first.

Dismantled shed at side of the house waiting to go up - another thing I've procrastinated on for far too long coz neither body nor brain could comply in sync. I'm now having to try & drag it out to secure it better, before the wind uses it to take the whole fence down. With a fractured coccyx🙃
