A lot of people are commenting (properly) this is illegal and they don't care.

I don't think enough people are pointing out that you don't have signage changed in 24 hours - that's weeks if not months of advance work (just the fabrication alone). They can't even do bad political theater right.

I mean the fact that you don't have the batson challenge is problematic and potentially malpractice, but the result did speak for itself from a strategic standpoint. I would not say that is assistance was ineffective if the most serious charge resulted in acquittal
