This from the guy determined to lock up anyone he doesn't like for crimes they didn't commit.
If an elderly cancer survivor didn’t want to spend 9 years in prison, because that would terrible and not worth the risk, she shouldn’t have committed four felony counts of election fraud…

1. Jared Kushner's trip to Moscow yesterday was not just unethical; it was illegal.

You cannot accept tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and simultaneously conduct high-level diplomacy for the federal government.

It says it right in the Constitution.
Kushner’s Moscow mission wasn’t just corrupt. It was unconstitutional.
Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, has been traveling the world to participate in high-stakes foreign policy negotiations on behalf of the president.

Trump never had reasonable concerns. Other people did. He did not
Donald Trump had reasonable concerns about how Joe Biden’s relatives enriched themselves through his service. Yet his own family is making the “Biden crime family” look small-time

The Republicans’ problem is that their entire health care plan has been to be against stuff: Medicare, Medicaid, Affordable Care.

Their “plans” are an incoherent grab-bag of billionaire-funded policy junk that consumers will hate. Bring it on.

I would love for them to point to just three things that *uniquely* define US culture which are not directly borrowed/stolen from another culture.
Rep. Kat Cammarck: "Today, one in six people in the US is foreign born. That quite frankly is not sustainable to maintain a culture that we are known for here in the United States."

It’s finished.

It’s also not finished because, in the words of Paul Valéry, a piece of writing is never finished. Ultimately it is abandoned. That’s because writing is thinking, and we’re never finished with that.

Anyway, I figured out what to do with that long blog post . . .

I mean, this is what the rule of law is all about! You can’t just push people around through brute force. And it’s *most* important to hold the government to such limits. Elite institutions have a special responsibility to stand up for this principle, even when it’s not easy to do so.
The law wisely does not permit the feds just to turn off the funding spigots w/o following legal requirements, and certainly not without explaining themselves. Why, you might ask? Well, to prevent the feds from acting like the mob and shaking down Unis to push them around for partisan ... 3/x

Once again Trump will prioritize his personal profits over what's right and wrong, our national security, European security, and the reputation of the United States in the of the world.

His only interest in peace is to win a prize and be praised, and if he can't have that he wants money.
“In days after Alaska, a European intel agency distributed a hard-copy report in an envelope to some of the continent’s most senior national security officials, who were shocked by the contents: Inside were details of the commercial and economic plans the Trump admin had been pursuing with Russia.”

I remember when Rubio was supposed to be the one Trump appointee who would be at least kind of/sort of qualified, or at the very least wouldn’t be a complete embarrassment.
Chaos and lies in US diplomacy & media: Marco Rubio now denies the US had any input into the savage 28-point ultimatum to Ukraine - says it's from Russia. But Axios reporters Barak Ravid and David Lawler, who got the leak, claimed it was written by the US, by Steve Witkoff and... Marco Rubio! 1/
